ALAN ON THE MARKET. Alan Jackson’s 19-thousand square foot home is joining the real estate market. After talking to the Nashville Scene a few months ago about he and wife Denise wanting to downsize, the Jackson’s are making it a reality. The asking price of the six bedroom home in Franklin, Tennessee is currently 38-million dollars and comes complete with a 20 car garage, gymnasium, an airplane landing pad, three ponds, multiple guest cabins, media room, marble hallways, and a boat dock.

SHEDAISY’S KASSIDAY WEDS

SheDaisy’s leading lady became the bride of longtime boyfriend Derek Williamson recently in a private ceremony in San Diego, California.  Joined by their families, the couple exchanged vows at the LDS Temple. 

Kassidy said, “For being one of the most important days of my life, it couldn’t have been more perfect and beautiful!”

SheDaisy is gearing up for the release of their fifth album on Lyric Street Records. The multi-platinum sister trio is in the midst of summer tour dates and will be a featured act at the annual Stadium Of Fire 4th of July celebration in Provo, UT.

SUGARLAND GETS NETWORK SPECIAL. A new one-hour special, Sugarland: Live on the Inside, will air August 3rd on ABC. It’s the duo’s first network TV special. The special will feature many of their hits (“Settlin’,” “Stay,” “All I Want to Do,” “Something More”) and never-before-televised performance footage. A CD/DVD package, also titled Live on the Inside, will be available at Wal-Mart on August 4th.

Quick Vacation to Lake Powell

2 Days at Lake Powell

Greetings.  Got to take a few days off to enjoy a couple of days at lake powell with my wife Kristin and one of our sons Josh.  As always it was to quick of a trip but it felt good to get away for just a couple of days.  The last time we went to Rainbow Bridge a couple of years ago it was almost a 2 mile hike in.  Now with the water rising it is less than 1/2 mile.  Here are a few pictures

A day at Sea World

Thanks to Sea World for such a great day.  Inviting us down for a visit to let 101.5 the Eagle listeners no what a great family destination Sea World would be for this Summer’s family Vacation.  Saw the Shamu show, Dried off with a Sham Wow and sat down for a shamwich for lunch.  We stayed at a really nice hotel called Town & Country Resorrt.  Convenientaly located by the Mall, Trolly to dwntown San Diego, Nice swimming pools 3 1/2 stars.  Thanks again for such a great day
