There is a craze going around, especially with millennials over avocados.
The creamy, smooth green fruits do pack good fat but you can have too much of a good thing. A cup of cubed avocado contains 240 calories which is 10-20% of the average person’s calorie intake, eating avocado on a daily basis could cause you to gain weight.
So how much avocado should you eat? A Journal of the American Heart Association 2015 study revealed that an avocado a day could help bad cholesterol in overweight and obese people, but portion control is key and its best to keep portions small.
