Imagine this: you train your ENTIRE LIFE to be able to compete in the Olympics, and you’re taken down by one slip of the sneaker. USA’s Abbey Dags and Nikki Hamblin from New Zealand collided during the semi-finals for the 500 Meter and they landed- hard. Abbey was able to get up and could continue, but she stopped instead to help Nikki.
