I started my 21 Day fix in April of this year (Previous Blog). I never had enough time in the day to workout so I became an unhealthy version of myself i never wanted to see. Since starting this program, i’ve made time in my day to workout & Eat right. I have way more energy to complete my daily tasks, enjoy spending time with family and don’t dread getting my picture taken.
I just completed my 3rd round of the Fix and I’m not stopping now. It’s been super easy to translate the workout and diet into a lifestyle.
