Healthy Living: Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Part of my 2016 resolution was to become a healthier me! So i’ve started cooking and here is one on my new favorites:

21 Day Fix Approved ✔️
1 pound shrimp, tails-on, uncooked
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 C. fresh parsley, minced
juice of one lemon (about 2 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

—-Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
salt and pepper to taste
