No FOMO – December 6th

The weekend is fast approaching and with the Holiday season in full effect, there are a lot of cool things for you to do!  Check out some of my faves:

Hardware Ranch WMA Sleigh Rides:

Hardware Ranch WMA gives you the rare opportunity to get up close to wild Rocky Mountain Elk on a horse drawn sleigh. Beginning Dec 7, 2018 until Feb 11, 2019, Hardware Ranch is open Mon & Fri 12 noon – 4:30pm, and Sat & Sun 10am – 4:30pm. Tickets are $5 ages 9 & up, $3 ages 4-8, children 3 & under are FREE.

The Great Christmas Adventure:

Journey to the North Pole in this immersive, magical experience that is ALL INDOORS!  Ride on Santa’s sleigh to the Elf Village, where you’ll find a Christmas Window scavenger hunt, build indoor snowmen, practice your snowball throwing, and enjoy an indoor snowstorm!  Visit the Elf Academy to learn elf skills, and travel to the home of Santa and Mrs. Claus, where you’ll enjoy a cookie treat and hear a Christmas story!  Finally, meet SANTA himself and return home on the Elf Express mini train!  Open select dates in December.  Advanced reservations required.

December Discovery Classes at NHMU:

Discovery Classes at the Natural History Museum of Utah for kids in Kindergarten thru 7th grade, on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  Classes this weekend will be centered around building.  Students will become architects and builders as they create bridges, towers, cityscapes, monuments and more.

Yoga & Beer at The Gateway:

The Gateway, Salt Lake Power YogaWasatch Brewery and Yelp bring YOGA & BEER, a weekly event to clear your mind. The talented instructors at Salt Lake Power Yoga will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome.
