There are quite a few stars we have our eye on this season on Dancing With The Stars, but among them is a favorite, and a 101.5 The Eagle personal friend, Jana Kramer.
Unfortunately, Kramer tore muscles in between her ribs during a rehearsal for Week 2 on the hit show, however, she was still able to pull through and give us a killer routine. Talk about dancing through the pain! The former One Tree Hill star was able to perform on Monday night, alongside her partner Gleb Savchenko, landing a 29 out of 40 points for their team.
So what exactly did Jana do in order to push through her injury and perform? “I’ve been going to a chiropractor, I got a couple of shots in my butt, I’m on a high dose of pain meds,” she told E! News earlier this week. However at the end of the day, she has her partner to thank for always continuing to push her, “At the end of the day, it was his friendship and his confidence and his partnership,” she said. “He was like, ‘We got this.’ He’s really inspiring me to keep going.” We love your strength and perseverance, Jana! We will be rooting for you in the weeks to come.
