Saturday, October 22nd 9a-12p The BBQ Pitstop is hosting another Eagle BBQ class! This time, we’re focusing on tailgating. Taught by Pitmaster Jesse Johnson from Big Johnson’s BBQ, 4 time Grand Champion, 12 time Reserve Champion, 2nd Place winner of Pork Shoulder in 2012 at the World Food Championships in & 2014 High Rollers Choice Champion!.
This class will cover tailgate BBQ tips from the pros for grilling and smoking Tri Tip, Prime Rib, Smoked Turkey and more fan favorites.
The cost of the class is $60 which includes food (and it’s sooo good), instruction and materials. It will be held at the BBQ Pitstop (865 W State Rd, Lehi, UT 84043) from 9a-noon.
