Bonnie Raitt Upsets Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Adele At Grammys
There were surprises and upsets during Sunday evening’s Grammys. While DJ Khaled and JAY-Z went into the evening with six and five nominations, they left empty-handed. Beyoncé continued her losing streak in the album, song, and record of the year categories. Unlikely winners, Lizzo and Bonnie Raitt were surprised with their wins for song and record of the year. ABBA and Diana Ross lost the awards they were up for this year, and both remain Grammy-less. Still, Ross and the rest of The Supremes were given a lifetime achievement award. What was your most surprising win during Sunday night’s Grammy telecast?

Harry Styles Earns Album Of The Year Grammy; But Beyoncé Triumphs
The 65th Grammy Awards ended in confusion as Harry Styles won the top award. The British artist beat out Beyonce, who was expected to take home Album of the Year.
As he accepted the award, Styles said that “there was no such thing as best” and that he had been inspired by all the other artists in the category. It didn’t go unnoticed that Beyoncé lost to the British artists after losing in 2017 to Adele for her album 25. One audience member shouted that “Beyoncé should’ve won.” Still, the singer made history by becoming the most Grammy-winning with 32 wins. Do you think Harry Styles should’ve won Album of the Year?
Miranda Lambert Took Change Of Shoes To Grammy Awards
Miranda Lambert is a true country girl, who would much rather wear cowboy boots than high heels, but she suffered through the Grammy red carpet for style. Lambert hit the red carpet sporting a black bejeweled gown by Le Thanh Hoa, matched with pointy high-heel shoes from Stuart Weitzman. She told “Live From E!” co-host Bobby Bones about her shoes: “They’re not fun to walk in, I’ll say that.” “I bring flats, and I put on my heels at the last minute, and then I take them off. The tables are good because you can hide your feet under if you don’t have your shoes on,” Lambert confessed. “I’m redneck enough to take my shoes off at the Grammys.” Do you bring an extra pair of shoes to events or suffer through the pain for style’s sake?
