Jessica Chastain has signed on to play country music legend Tammy Wynette.
The series will be based on the book written by Tammy’s daughter Georgette Jones titled, “The Three of Us: Growing Up With Tammy and George.”
“George and Tammy” will run exclusively on the Spectrum cable network for nine months and then after that the series will air on the ViacomCBS streaming network and Paramount Network.
