Taylor Swift’s “Eras” Tour has achieved a groundbreaking milestone, making it the first tour ever to surpass the billion-dollar mark in gross ticket sales, according to live-music trade publication Pollstar. The tour, which ran from November 17, 2022, to November 15, 2023, sold an estimated 4.35 million tickets across 60 shows, generating approximately $1.04 billion. The rest of Pollstar’s top 10 rankings for worldwide tours in 2023 include Beyoncé, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Coldplay, Harry Styles, Morgan Wallen, Ed Sheeran, P!nk, The Weeknd, and Drake. The overall concert industry grosses for the 100 biggest tours in 2023 reached a record-breaking $9.17 billion, up 46% from the previous year, with attendance rising by 18.38% to 70.1 million tickets sold.
