1972 Happy Birthday Jimmy Wayne born on this day in Cleveland County, North Carolina.  Jimmy Wayne known for his one big hit in 2003 “Do You Believe Me Now”.  Jimmy grew up in the foster care system.  He once did a walk in 2010 from Phoenix to Nashville to bring attention to teen homelessness.
