And we have a new Miss Utah! JessiKate Tiley was crowned as the new 2017 Miss Utah at Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City where she was awarded a $10,000 scholarship.

2017 Miss Utah Very proud of my girl. There isn't a more deserving person of this title.
